The calculator uses AP's charge table directly. Select the powder charge whose maximum range reaches the solved target, then use the calculator's elevation output for that charge.
For this shell, the longest listed range is 30 at charge 6. If a range is just outside a charge band, the calculator can clamp it to the nearest edge; if it is beyond the tolerance, change charge or solve the target again.
