Bearing and distance
Observer reports give you either a bearing, a distance, or both. A single bearing gives a line. A single distance gives a radius. Two independent clues create a point you can fire at.
Scout plane
Scout Plane is best when the mission gives a broad zone but not enough exact target information. Use scout intel to avoid spending shells as guesses.
